These terms apply to your use of this website. Work we carry out for you is governed by the written estimate, invoice or service agreement you sign — if anything there differs from what is written here, that document takes precedence.
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about work. Please do not use it to break the law, to interfere with how the site runs, or to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours.
Prices, availability and service descriptions on this website are for general information and are not a binding offer. A quote becomes binding only once we have inspected the work in person and given you a written estimate. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them.
Where work uncovers conditions that could not reasonably be seen during the inspection — for example concealed damage, code issues or failed components — we will tell you before continuing and agree any change in price with you first.
We offer 24/7 emergency response and will always try to reach you as quickly as we can. Response times depend on demand, weather, parts availability and travel, and cannot be guaranteed.
We stand behind our work. Labour warranty terms, including the length of cover, are stated on your estimate or invoice for the specific job. Equipment carries the manufacturer's own warranty, and manufacturers usually require documented routine maintenance to keep that warranty valid.
Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, work carried out by others, power surges, or events outside our control.
Payment is due as set out on your invoice. Where a deposit is required for equipment or scheduling, we will tell you before work begins.
Infinity Air Heating and Cooling is a licensed California C-20 HVAC contractor, and is bonded and insured. Our licence number is shown in the footer of this website and on our documentation.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking first. Job photographs show our own completed work.
Customer reviews shown on this site are published as written by the reviewer through Google. We do not edit the substance of a review.
